USER AGREEMENT
1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is concluded between zenq.az and the person using the platform (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
By using the platform, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Service Description
zenq.az is an online shopping platform that allows users to buy and sell products. The platform acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
3. Registration and Account

The User must provide accurate and complete information during registration

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account

Sharing account details with third parties is prohibited

The account may be temporarily or permanently suspended in case of suspicious activity
4. Terms of Use
The User agrees not to:

Engage in illegal activities

Provide false or misleading information

Violate the rights of other users

Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform
5. Product Listings and Sales

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their product listings

The sale of prohibited items is strictly forbidden

The platform is not responsible for the content of listed products
6. Payment Terms

The platform may offer paid services

Payments are processed according to platform rules

Payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated
7. Limitation of Liability
zenq.az:

Is not responsible for disputes between users

Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Is not liable for damages caused by technical issues
8. Account Suspension or Termination
The platform may suspend or delete user accounts if:

The Agreement is violated

Illegal activity is detected
9. Changes to the Agreement
zenq.az reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
